Agassiz Drain Tile is seeking a dependable, hard-working Field Operations Crew Member to join our team. This role plays a key part in installing high-quality drainage systems throughout the Red River Valley.

You’ll work alongside a skilled crew operating heavy equipment while helping deliver efficient, professional results for our customers. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that values safety and quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with mobilizing crews and equipment to job sites
• Operate excavators, dozers, tractors and other installation equipment
• Support drainage tile installation and general field operations
• Perform daily equipment inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and shop organization
• Follow all safety procedures and workmanship standards
• Work as a part of a team to complete projects efficently

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license ( DOT medical card preferred)
• Experience operating heavy equipment or mechanical background ( training available)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak installation season
