Field Operations Crew Member – Drain Tile Installation<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Agassiz Drain Tile is seeking a dependable, hard-working Field Operations Crew Member to join our team. This role plays a key part in installing high-quality drainage systems throughout the Red River Valley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll work alongside a skilled crew operating heavy equipment while helping deliver efficient, professional results for our customers. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that values safety and quality, we want to hear from you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Assist with mobilizing crews and equipment to job sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Operate excavators, dozers, tractors and other installation equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support drainage tile installation and general field operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and shop organization <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Follow all safety procedures and workmanship standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work as a part of a team to complete projects efficently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Valid driver’s license ( DOT medical card preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience operating heavy equipment or mechanical background ( training available) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor conditions <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Willingness to work extended hours during peak installation season <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
