Field Crew

We are looking for a full time crew member to add to our company. Role of this position is to safely and efficiently operate equipment to install drain tile.   Wages depending on experience. Retirement, single health insurance, paid time off and paid holidays offered.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate heavy equipment to install or repair drainage systems.
• Light mechanical and service duties on equipment.
• General shop maintenance.
• Operate excavator, dozer or tractor for miscellaneous jobs acquired.
• Follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred, but nor required.
• General Mechanical skills preferred.
• Looking for a punctual person with great communication skills.
• Must be able to work long hours during the installation season.
• Valid driver’s licenses required.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• DOT medical card preferred.
